Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, location, or similar term into a search tool, that request is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Ohio County Inmate Population does not keep its own stored log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or other message, we may keep the contents and contact details long enough to review and reply. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires it.

Official Kentucky public-record requests, including requests under the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 to 61.884, are handled by the public agency receiving the request, not by this site.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and deliver targeted ads. That tracking is controlled by the advertising provider, not by Ohio County Inmate Population.
